The current inaugural board includes people with many skills, and now that the CLT has been established, there will be chance for any other local residents to volunteer for and elect a board to take forward the work of the trust. If you have skills that you think will be helpful to the trust please come forward and get involved.

Frank is a retired, local government director with experience of planning, regeneration and development projects and management of a wide range of services

Treasurer
Retired Accounting assistant moved to Westbourne in 1977.
Piers Mason
Trustee
Piers spent his working life in publishing, managing his own group of specialist publishing companies. He has also acted as a non-executive director to several large property companies.’
Patricia Goodhew
Trustee
Patricia is a Legal Practice Manager and previously worked as Secretary of a local Charity. She is involved in the community life of Westbourne, particularly the Neighbourhood Plan and the Village Design Statement and serves as a liaison between Westbourne Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group and Emsworth Neighbourhood Plan Forum.
Richard Hitchcock
Trustee
Richard has a background in higher education and still works at the University of Portsmouth. He also takes a great interest in local affairs and is heavily involved in the life of the Westbourne community.
James Brigden
Trustee
James has a background in archaeology and heritage and currently works as the Community-led Housing Officer at Chichester District Council.
