Welcome to the Westbourne Community Trust website. We are a non-profit organisation run by volunteers that can look after buildings and community facilities for the benefit of all local people.
We have been set up and are run by ordinary residents and our main focus is on building and managing new homes for local people to rent. After several years work we have successfully identified a site at the rear of Mill Road and secured planning permission for 12 new homes. Construction of these homes began in September 2024. When completed, towards the end of 2025, they will be let at social rents to local people.
In the future we hope to work on other projects to benefit the village too. Find out more, tell us what you think…and please get involved.
